On the 3rd Thursday of the month The Hackney Pearl will be playing host to the talents of some of London’s finest up and coming young chefs. They get to showcase their talent and you get to eat the results!
On Thursday 15th July, long term St. John veteran and massive Tom Waits fan Lee Tiernan will be showing us how it’s done. Having worked at both St. John and Bread & Wine, Lee is soon off to Soho to work at the upcoming St.John Hotel treat. Lee is one of the most creative & talented chefs I know (and I know a lot of chefs). You’re really in for a big treat.
